Use of this site

You may use the site for lawful purposes related to learning about and contacting us. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe its security, scrape it at scale, or submit false or abusive information through our forms.

Product and service information

We work to keep descriptions, specifications, photos and performance information accurate, but they are general information and may contain errors. Water conditions vary, so results depend on your water and use. Pricing, availability and lead times can change without notice, and nothing here is a binding offer until we confirm it in writing or at checkout.

Online store purchases

Purchases of filters, parts and systems are made at our Shopify store at shop.livingwatersocal.com, which has its own terms and policies. Shopify processes payment.

Installation, service and rentals

System installation, service visits and equipment rentals are provided under a separate written quote or agreement. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls for that work.

Warranty and returns

Warranty coverage and return terms are summarized on our Shipping & Returns page, with full terms in the store’s policies. Those apply instead of anything stated here.

Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to Living Water SoCal or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but may not copy or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Living Water SoCal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not alter any warranty given in a written agreement or on a purchased product.

These terms are governed by California law, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version.
