Shipping

We ship UPS Ground nationwide within the United States (no P.O. boxes). Standard shipping and handling is 3–5 business days on filter packs, membranes and parts. Complete systems are built to order and ship within 2–4 weeks, then travel on that same 3–5 business days schedule.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on both filter packs and complete systems.

Warranty

Complete systems carry a one year warranty from the date you receive the shipment, covering parts and workmanship. Filters and membranes are not covered — filter and membrane failures are handled case by case. Contact us and we’ll take care of it.
