Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Living Water SoCal (Pure Living Water) collects through this website, why, and what your choices are. It does not cover our online store at shop.livingwatersocal.com, which is run on Shopify and has its own policies.

What we collect

When you use our contact or service-request forms, you give us your name, business name, email, phone number, service address, the water-treatment needs you describe, and any message you write. We collect only what you submit. We also use your IP address to limit spam and abuse of the forms (rate limiting). Our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Why we use it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes, schedule installation or service, and follow up on work we do for you. We also use it to keep the site secure and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not use it for ad targeting.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business:

• Resend, which delivers form submissions to us by email.
• Slack, where submissions are posted to an internal team channel.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Jobber, our scheduling and invoicing software. If you save a payment method through Jobber Client Hub, that is handled under Jobber’s own privacy terms.
• Shopify, for purchases in our online store. Shopify handles checkout and payment; card details never pass through this website.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or to a successor if the business is sold.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as we work with you, and afterward for as long as needed for warranty, service, accounting and legal purposes. Inquiries that never become customers are deleted when we no longer need them. Ask us if you want yours removed sooner.

Your California privacy rights

This is also our notice at collection under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA). We collect identifiers and contact information, and commercial information you give us about your needs, for the purposes above. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California residents may ask us to tell them what personal information we hold about them, to correct it, or to delete it, and will not be treated differently for making a request. To make a request, email info@livingwatersocal.com or call (805) 790-8001. We may need to verify your identity first.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
